Where Proof Belongs in a Service Answer
Jan 28
The blog studies FAQ pages, featured-answer patterns, service explainers, and the small structural choices that decide whether a page gets used or ignored. I publish one field note each week on a narrow answer problem, and one longer teardown each month with before-and-after architecture. The writing stays close to the page: headings, sequence, answer length, qualification, proof, and the point where explanation starts to turn into furniture.
